Product Image FAQ(For a complete list of FAQ's, please visit the FAQ Library). Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions about product images. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our Customer Service department and we will get back to you shortly.
1. Can I add a product image to the order form for one of my products?Yes, ClickBank supports the ability to display a product image on the order form. For information about how to enable a product image on the order form, please refer to the Product Image & Title Release Notes. 2. Are there specifications I should adhere to while creating my product images?Yes, images loaded to your account must adhere to the following specifications:
The order form will automatically adjust the image display area to accommodate the height and width of the image. 3. How many images may I add to my account?You are allowed to load up to 20 images to your account without prior approval. If you need more than 20 images for your account, see FAQ response #7 below. 4. Do product images need to be approved?Yes, after an image is uploaded in your account it is automatically submitted for approval. Images must not violate the terms and conditions set forth in the ClickBank client contract. If your image is approved its status on your "My Images" page will change from "Approval Requested" to "Approved." Please keep in mind that you will NOT be notified when your image is approved. If your image has issues that require correction, we will notify you, and its status is set to "Disapproved." ClickBank must approve images before they can be tied to a product. 5. How long does it take to get an image approved?Images are approved daily. Depending on the time you submit your images for approval, they are approved that day or the following business day. 6. How long does it take for an image to appear on the order form?ClickBank must approve images before they can be tied to a product. Once approved, the image will display within a few minutes of linking the image to a product and clicking "Save Changes." Use caution while managing products that are currently receiving live traffic. 7. What if I would like to use more than the number of images allowed for an account?To be considered for additional images, you must submit a request to our customer service team describing the reason you require access to more images.
