Here is the formula for how a payment is calculated:
Payment = [(previous balance) + sales - returns + bonus + allowance release] - return allowance* - $2.50.
*Allowance = 10% x [(previous balance) + sales - returns + bonus + allowance release]
Things to keep in mind:
Here is an example:
Previous Balance = $50
Sales = $100
Returns = $25
Bonus = $5
Allowance release = $30
Here's the math:
$50 (previous balance)
+ 100 (sales)
- 25 (returns)
+ 5 (bonus)
+ 30 (allowance release)
______
$160 (preliminary total)
Allowance = $160 x 10% = $16
$160 (preliminary total)
- 16 (return allowance)
- 2.50 (pay period processing charge)
________
$141.50 (payment amount)
ClickBank stats are updated within two minutes from the time of purchase, so both vendors and affiliates can access their accounts almost immediately to view their up-to-the-minute earnings.
Upon logging into your account, you are automatically directed to the "Account Home" page. This page contains the sales subtotals for the three most recent pay periods and the sales subtotals for the last fourteen days. The bar graphs next to each day's subtotal give you a quick visual picture of how each day's sales compare to the other days. You can also click any of the bars to see the transactions from that day. From this page, you may select the "Reports" tab for an overview of past activity by pay period, or you may access your detailed daily stats by clicking the "Reporting" tab followed by "Transactions" under "Reporting".
Our technical team has also set up the "Paychecks" and "Transactions" stats so that you can import the information from those reports into a spreadsheet. That way, you can manage the information further, as needed.
To import:
Yes! If you are selling or promoting a recurring billing product through ClickBank we provide a summary within your account. To find this information, log in to your account, select the "Reporting" tab, and then go to "Analytics." If ClickBank has sold any recurring subscriptions for which you were the vendor or for the affiliate, you will see a link under a section called "Recurring Billing Subscriptions."

If the customer's order does not appear, check the following:
Make sure the customer's name is spelled correctly.
Make sure that you are entering the name the way that the customer entered it when he made the purchase. For example, you may be searching for Joe Smith, which wouldn't come up if the customer entered J. Smith on our order screen when they originally made their purchase.
Or if the customer accidentally misspelled their name at the time of the purchase (e.g. Joe Smth instead of Joe Smith), you will need to search for Joe Smth on your credit report in order to locate the order.
Make sure you have the correct month for the customer's purchase.
To search by item number:
If the customer's order does not appear, check the following:
Make sure the customer's email address is spelled correctly.
Make sure that you are entering the address the way that the customer entered it when s/he made the purchase. If the customer accidentally misspelled their address at the time of the purchase (e.g. joe@msm.com instead of joe@msn.com), you will need to search for joe@msm.com on your credit report in order to locate the order.
If the information before the @ is unique, you can try just searching by that part of the email address. For example, if the customer's email address is ilovepizza123@hotmail.com, you can just do a search for "ilovepizza123" using the email address field.
Make sure you have the correct month for the customer's purchase.
These checkboxes will restrict your results to include only the specific transactions that you would like to see. For example, if you want to see only refunds, you would uncheck all the boxes under "Credits", then uncheck all the boxes under "Debits" except "Refunds", then select "Go". Note that you can also select "all" next to either "Credits" or "Debits" to check or uncheck all the boxes in that category.
From your "Reporting, Transactions" page, you can search for an order in your transaction reports using several different pieces of information. Before you begin, make sure that "Sales" is selected under the "Credits" heading.
